To firmly establish the concept of safe development, enhance safety awareness, strengthen the safety production defense line, and implement the idea of safety production, from June 17 to June 20, Aoxiang Pharmaceutical organized a "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Can Respond—Unblocking the Life Channel" Safety Production Month Knowledge Competition.

The knowledge competition was held with workshops/departments as units, divided into preliminary and final rounds. A total of 24 teams participated, and after a written test, the top 6 teams advanced to the finals. The finals consisted of three segments: individual mandatory questions, team mandatory questions, and team risk questions. The question bank covered various knowledge areas including laws and regulations, risk identification, and occupational health. Each participant was confident and answered decisively, with team scores closely contested and neck and neck.

At the same time, the competition relied on the five-in-one platform, allowing every employee to participate in online learning and exams, greatly increasing employee engagement. It truly enhanced the emergency awareness of all employees regarding safety production, improved the overall safety quality of the workforce, effectively promoted the dissemination of safety culture, guided and stimulated employees to further master safety knowledge, facilitated the effective operation of safety standardization work, and created an atmosphere where everyone learns safety knowledge, thereby improving the company's safety management level.
