Safety Management
The company has always attached great importance to safety production, environmental protection, and occupational health management, established a sound EHS management system, and obtained ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. The company has set up a safety laboratory equipped with ARC, RC1, DSC, and other instruments to conduct comprehensive safety data analysis of products produced by the company, perform process thermal reaction risk assessments for chemical reactions, and commissions third parties to conduct LOAP analysis and SIL rating for key regulated hazardous processes to control safety risks from the source of the process.
Occupational Health
The company strives to replace highly toxic processes and materials with non-toxic or low-toxic ones to prevent occupational health hazards caused by toxic materials. The company commissions third-party qualified units annually to conduct occupational hazard testing at production sites and provides employees with comprehensive and appropriate protective equipment based on different operations and harmful factors. Employees undergo pre-job, on-job, and post-job physical examinations, and personal occupational health records are established.
