Safety management

The company always attaches great importance to the management of production safety, environmental protection and occupational health, has established a sound EHS management system and obtained ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. Our company has set up a safety laboratory equipped with ARC, RC1, DSC and other equipment, to complete the company's products safety data analysis, the chemical reaction process related risk assessment. And our company entrusts the third party to carry out LOAP analysis and SIL grading for hazardous processes under key supervision to control risks and ensure safety from sources.

Occupational health

Our company strives use non-toxic and low-toxic processes and materials to replace highly toxic processes and materials to prevent personnel from occupational health hazards caused by toxic materials. Our company entrusts a qualified third party to carry out occupational hazard testing on the production site every year and provides employees with comprehensive and appropriate protective equipment according to different operations and harmful factors.

Our company also conducts pre-post, in-post and off-post physical examination for employees and establishes personal occupational health records for employees.

Energy conservation and environmental protection

Our company always adheres to the premise of "environmental protection and sustainable development", adheres to the concept of clean production and scientific development and takes environmental protection as our obligatory social responsibility in the process of development and growth. In addition to the project environmental protection "three simultaneously" acceptance work, our company actively improves the level of equipment, optimizes the process route, eliminates backward production capacity, implement recycling, introduces advanced three wastes treatment facilities and management concept, so as to achieve the company's environmental protection scientific development strategy.
