Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the subject arrangement led by the R&D center, skillfully design experimental schemes (reasonable synthetic routes and optimized reactions) and carefully implement them;

2. Able to lead the team to complete various difficult tasks and production tasks for process research and development as required;

3. Scientifically analyze the problems in the experiment, put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement, or draw reasonable conclusions, and regularly report the progress of the project to the leader;

4. According to the requirements of R&D management, timely summarize the project and submit experimental data;

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry related majors, research direction is organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry synthesis, etc.;

2. Rich experience in organic synthesis, familiar with compound separation and analysis methods, strong scientific research ability, and familiar with advanced process research and development processes and methods;

3. Rich management experience, strong resistance to pressure, can lead one or more laboratory assistants to carry out research work, and provide guidance and training for R&D personnel;

4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

5. Familiar with GMP and other related pharmaceutical regulations;
