Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and synthesis of new drugs, the synthesis and process optimization of APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates;

2. Complete the experiment according to the project plan and project team arrangements;

3. Scientifically analyze the problems in the experiment, put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement, or draw reasonable conclusions;

4. According to the requirements of R&D management, complete experiment records and reports in time, and submit experiment data;

job requirements:

1. Organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and other related majors, bachelor degree or above;

2. More than two years of experience in chemical drug research and development;

3. Possess certain communication, planning and execution capabilities, and have solid synthetic experimental skills;

4. Have solid professional knowledge and strong problem-solving ability, be able to use English to consult literature proficiently, and write project reports in Chinese and English;

5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, a sense of innovation and a strong team spirit, and have a strong interest in organic synthesis;
